Boys vs Girls tonight on TBS

At 10:00 tonight on TBS it is the Boys vs the Girls.  Jan leads the female Dunder Mifflin employees in a “women in the workplace” seminar. Miffed at being excluded, Michael conducts a competing “men in the workplace” seminar in the warehouse. Roy approaches Jim under the belief that Jim used to like Pam. Darryl and his equally irritated crew are forced to participate in Michael’s shenanigans, which culminates in Michael trying to drive a forklift.

Michael’s recklessness makes a complete mess of the warehouse while jeopardizing the employees’ safety. Michael’s plans to hold his own seminar backfires when the warehouse workers decide to form a union. Jan intimidates them into reconsidering, citing mass firings if it were to occur.

Jan urges Pam to take a corporate training program in graphic design in New York when Pam reveals that she wants to be a graphic designer, but Roy quashes the idea. Jim rebukes Pam for listening to Roy when he is clearly wrong and acting selfish, which creates tension between them. As the day comes to a close, Michael leaves the warehouse in complete disarray.

Then at 10:30 it is Valentine’s Day.  Before a Valentine’s Day meeting at “Corporate” in New York City with Jan and the new CFO, Michael lets slip to the other branch managers that he and Jan “hooked up”. At the meeting, the presentation of Josh Porter (Stamford) goes well. Michael shows a video called “The Faces of Scranton” before reluctantly providing the information the CFO requested. Craig from the Albany branch is completely unprepared and attempts to cover for it by suggesting that “maybe I should’ve slept with [Jan], too.”

The Dwight bobblehead makes its premiere as Angela’s present to Dwight and he gives her a key, presumably to his home. Phyllis is inundated with gifts from her boyfriend Bob Vance - Vance Refrigeration, while Pam is irritated with Roy when the only thing he gives her for Valentine’s Day is the promise of the “best sex of her life”.  Jim is forced to witness Ryan turn Kelly down for a date and also forced to watch Pam settle for Roy.

In a private conversation with Michael, Jan is convinced that her career is over, but Michael defuses the situation by explaining to the CFO that it was a bad joke and accepts responsibility for the situation. As Michael leaves, Jan kisses him then groans when she realizes they were caught on camera.

Watch The Office tonight at 10 pm on TBS.  Then catch my blog tomorrow for more Office News and a preview of Must See TV Thursday.

Everyone. Ok, I have an announcement. Apparently in business school they don’t teach you how to operate a toaster oven. Because some smart, sexy temp left his cheese pita on “oven” instead of timing it for the toaster thing. [holds up burnt pita and laughs maniacally]- Dwight Schrute
