Writers Going Back To Work

I was watching the news yesterday and they had mentioned that the writers could be back to work as early as this week.  Then I heard that some shows will probably not return until next season.  Those shows would be those that involve specific chronological progression such as 24.  It would be better if those shows just start all over from the beginning because they cannot tolerate a long interruption that we have had.

I am hoping and praying they don’t include The Office in this list of “must wait until next year” shows. I am showing severe Pam and Jim withdrawal symptoms.  Some key questions are still on my plate that can’t wait until next year such as:

1.  Will we ever find out if Jim was indeed the top choice for the corporate job in New York.

2.  If the answer to #1 is yes, will Pam ever find out that Jim gave up a corporate job to be with her in Scranton.

3.  If the answer to #1 is yes, will Jim one day throw that fact in Ryan’s face when his head gets even bigger than it is right now.

4.  Dwight and Angela antics - I just plain miss them!

5.  Pranks - We have not had a good prank since Andy’s cell phone was thrown into the ceiling.

Here’s praying that things get back to normal really quick.  I need my regular Thursday night laughs.
