My Thoughts on “Job Fair”

I felt a bit lukewarm about tonight’s episode.  I rate it a 5 out of 10.  I do have to say, however, that I can see a set up to next week.

1. Definite advancements in the Dwangela category. I was hoping to see something happen tonight but I feel it will soon.

2.  Andy - how much of a softie is he between the bleeding nipples in Fun Run to the hand sores in Job Fair.  His skin is way too sensitive.

3.  Kevin needs a gamblers  anonymous class.

4.  Yeah for Jim for going for it and being “Fancy New Jim.”  I am not sure where they were going with this one but it is interesting seeing where it will take us combined with………

5.  Pam applying for a new job and possibly seeking employment outside of Scranton.  Does anyone see a connection here for art classes in NEW YORK alongside a possible job for Jim in New York City?  (The Ryan drug problem is surely going to come to roost here and the fact that Jim was probably the first candidate for Jan’s job).  Oh it’s all coming together.

6.  Tonight Michael was a “Phyllis’ wedding” Michael. True horror show.

7.  I felt totally bad for the kid, Justin.  I have a feeling that he would make an awesome temp.

8.  Love the PDAs between Pam and Jim like we have never seen before. I don’t know who told me that once they got together the show would jump the shark. I don’t think it has……the story writing is a big warm for me right now.  I believe it will get better.

Well, that is my assessment.  What did you think of the episode?
